Most bottle-lookup features remain available without an account. An account is optional and is used for features such as My Bar and Pro access.

By creating or using a Should I Buy This Bottle? account, you agree to subscribe the account email address to occasional product news, feature updates, marketing, or promotional communications from us. You may opt out of any or all marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or service communications needed for account access, billing, security, support, or legal notices. Signing in again does not reverse a prior marketing unsubscribe.

The Service is intended for people who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase or consume alcohol where they live. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws. Please drink responsibly and never use the Service to encourage unsafe or unlawful conduct.

Bottle identifications, prices, rarity estimates, and buy-or-pass recommendations are informational, may be generated with artificial intelligence, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Prices and availability vary by seller, location, and time. The Service is not a guarantee of value, authenticity, availability, legality, or future resale performance, and is not financial or investment advice.

You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.

Paid features may be sold through Stripe, Apple, or Google. Their payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may also apply. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase. Except where law or the applicable store requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the Service, evade limits, violate another person’s rights, or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

The Service, its design, software, and original content are owned by Diving Moose Studios, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation to improve and operate the Service.
